Set of 3 Security Thumb Screws

You might say, "How could a simple set of three thumbs screws truly change my life?". I'd tell you to buy them and find out for yourself, amigo. These fish ain't gonna catch themselves.

First of all I had an issue with operation of my rod carrier (user error). Customer service (Morgan & Janelle) responded immediately and fixed my problem. While on the phone with Janelle I needed some replacement parts and ordered them with ease. Keep up the good work as I’ll be a customer for life and will recommend your products.

I want to thank you for producing such a great product. I misplaced the screws and had to order three more. Also, after I had not opened the rod holder for a year, I had forgot just how to do it, Your people were great talking me through it.
