Why Anglers Trust Trxstle Rod Carriers: Real Reviews of the CRC & ARC Systems

Built With You in Mind: A Thank You to the Trxstle Community

At Trxstle, we’ve always believed that the best gear isn’t built in a vacuum—it’s built alongside the people who actually use it.

So before anything else, this one’s simple:

Thank you.

Thank you to every customer who’s trusted us with your gear, your time on the water, and your hard-earned money. Whether you’ve been running our CRC System for years or just picked up the new ARC System, your support is what allows us to keep doing what we do—designing and building purpose-driven gear right here in Montana.

Why We Build the Way We Do

From day one, our goal hasn’t been to chase trends or copy what’s already out there.

It’s been to solve real problems.

If you’ve ever fished early mornings or after long workdays, you know the pain of wasting time rigging rods instead of getting lines in the water. That’s where the idea for a better fly rod carrier—and eventually a fully adjustable all-rod rooftop carrier—came from.

But convenience is only half the equation.

Because what good is a rod carrier if it doesn’t actually protect your gear?

That’s where we’ve spent an obsessive amount of time.

Protection Isn’t an Afterthought—It’s the Foundation

When we designed the CRC System fly rod carrier, we didn’t just want something that could hold rods.

We wanted something that could protect them better than anything else out there.

That’s why we engineered features like:

  • Suspension-mounted rod liners that reduce vibration and eliminate hard contact inside the tube
  • Reels-up orientation to protect guides and prevent snags
  • Full reel padding—standard, not optional

And when we expanded into the ARC System adjustable rod carrier, built to handle all rod styles, we took that same mindset even further:

  • Overmolded rubber interior touchpoints for added protection
  • Customizable divider system to prevent rod-to-rod contact
  • Large-diameter liners with Flex-Lock compatibility for secure organization

Because whether you’re running fly rods, spinning setups, or baitcasters, your gear deserves better than being tossed in the back of a truck.

Built by Listening—Then Going Further

About four years ago, we introduced our Rod Boots.

Not because we wanted to add another product to the catalog—but because some customers wanted an added layer of protection, along with a simple way to keep rods secure when they’re not in a carrier—on a boat, in a truck, or moving between spots.

So we built them. Simple as that.

They’ve since become a staple for a lot of anglers—not as a replacement for carriers, but as another layer of protection when and where it matters.

That’s always been the approach: listen first, then build.

Not chase market share. Not copy competitors.

Just do what’s right for the people using the gear.

What Our Customers Are Saying

We can talk about engineering and design all day—but what matters most is how this gear performs for you.

Below are a few recent reviews from customers running both the CRC System and the ARC System in the real world.

More Time Fishing. Less Time Messing Around.

If there’s one theme we hear over and over again, it’s this:

“I didn’t realize how nice it would be to just show up ready to fish—until I did.”

That’s really what it comes down to.

  • Showing up rigged and ready
  • Keeping your gear protected and dialed
  • Spending more time actually doing what you set out to do

Fishing.

Built in Montana. Tested Everywhere.

We’re a small team based in Helena, Montana. A lot of us are anglers. Some of us are guides.

Every product we make is something we use ourselves—and something we’re proud to put our name on.

And none of it would be possible without you.

So again—thank you.

For the support.
For the feedback.
For pushing us to keep building better gear.

We’re just getting started.
